Kullanım Koşulları

Rafım uygulamasını kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.

1. Hizmet Kullanımı

Rafım kişisel kitap kütüphanesi yönetimi için tasarlanmış bir uygulamadır. Uygulamayı yasalara uygun ve amacı dışında kullanmamayı kabul edersin.

2. Hesap

Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Hesabında gerçekleşen tüm etkinliklerden sen sorumlusun.

3. Rafım Premium Abonelik

Abonelik ücretleri uygulamayı indirdiğin mağaza üzerinden tahsil edilir: iOS'ta Apple App Store, Android'de Google Play.
Abonelik süresi sonunda otomatik yenilenir; iptal etmezsen ücret çekilir.
İptal için: iOS'ta Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler → Rafım; Android'de Google Play → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler → Rafım.
Kullanılmayan süre için iade, satın alma yaptığın mağazanın (Apple veya Google) politikasına tabidir.
Fiyatlar bölgeye göre değişebilir ve önceden haber verilerek güncellenebilir.

4. İçerik

Eklediğin kitap verileri, notlar ve diğer içerikler sana aittir. Yasadışı, telif hakkı ihlali içeren veya üçüncü tarafları rahatsız eden içerik eklememeyi kabul edersin.

Uygulamaya kendin bir görsel yüklersen (kapak fotoğrafı, alıntı fotoğrafı gibi), o görseli kullanma hakkına sahip olduğunu beyan etmiş olursun. Yüklediğin görsellerin telif sorumluluğu sana aittir.

5. Kitap Bilgileri ve Kapak Görselleri

Kitap künyeleri ve kapak görselleri Google Books ve Open Library servislerinden alınır. Kapak görselleri bu servislerin kendi sunucularından gösterilir; Rafım kapak görsellerini kendi sunucusunda saklamaz.

Kapak tasarımları üzerindeki haklar ilgili yayınevi, tasarımcı ya da diğer hak sahiplerine aittir. Bir kapak görselinin hak sahibiyseniz ve uygulamada gösterilmesini istemiyorsanız info@daflan.com adresine yazın. Talebi inceleyip ilgili görseli kaldırıyoruz.

6. Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Veri kaybı, kesinti veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Yine de en iyi gayreti gösteriyoruz — yedeklerini önemsiyoruz.

7. Fesih

Kullanım koşullarını ihlal etmen durumunda hesabın askıya alınabilir veya silinebilir. Sen de istediğin zaman hesabını silebilirsin.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar değişebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden bildirilir.

By using the Rafım app, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of Service

Rafım is designed for personal book library management. You agree to use the app lawfully and not for purposes it wasn't designed for.

2. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs on it.

3. Rafım Premium Subscription

Subscription fees are charged through the store you downloaded the app from: the Apple App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the term; if you do not cancel, you will be charged.
To cancel: on iOS, Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Rafım; on Android, Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Rafım.
Refunds for unused periods follow the policy of the store you purchased from (Apple or Google).
Prices may vary by region and may be updated with prior notice.

4. Content

Your book data, notes, and other content belong to you. You agree not to add content that is unlawful, infringes copyright, or harasses third parties.

If you upload an image yourself (a cover photo, a quote photo), you confirm that you have the right to use it. You are responsible for the copyright of the images you upload.

5. Book Data and Cover Images

Book records and cover images come from Google Books and Open Library. Cover images are displayed from those services' own servers; Rafım does not store cover images on its servers.

Rights in cover designs belong to the relevant publisher, designer or other rights holders. If you hold the rights to a cover image and do not want it shown in the app, write to info@daflan.com. We review the request and remove the image.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We cannot be held liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages. That said, we take backups seriously and do our best.

7. Termination

Your account may be suspended or deleted if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Changes

These terms may change. Important updates will be communicated from within the app.
