Kullanım Koşulları

Rafım uygulamasını kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.

1. Hizmet Kullanımı

Rafım kişisel kitap kütüphanesi yönetimi için tasarlanmış bir uygulamadır. Uygulamayı yasalara uygun ve amacı dışında kullanmamayı kabul edersin.

2. Hesap

Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Hesabında gerçekleşen tüm etkinliklerden sen sorumlusun.

3. Rafım Premium Abonelik

Abonelik ücretleri Apple App Store üzerinden tahsil edilir.
Abonelik süresi sonunda otomatik yenilenir; iptal etmezsen ücret çekilir.
İptal için: Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler → Rafım.
Kullanılmayan süre için iade Apple politikasına tabidir.
Fiyatlar bölgeye göre değişebilir ve önceden haber verilerek güncellenebilir.

4. İçerik

Eklediğin kitap verileri, notlar ve diğer içerikler sana aittir. Yasadışı, telif hakkı ihlali içeren veya üçüncü tarafları rahatsız eden içerik eklememeyi kabul edersin.

5. Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Veri kaybı, kesinti veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Yine de en iyi gayreti gösteriyoruz — yedeklerini önemsiyoruz.

6. Fesih

Kullanım koşullarını ihlal etmen durumunda hesabın askıya alınabilir veya silinebilir. Sen de istediğin zaman hesabını silebilirsin.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar değişebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden bildirilir.

By using the Rafım app, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of Service

Rafım is designed for personal book library management. You agree to use the app lawfully and not for purposes it wasn't designed for.

2. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs on it.

3. Rafım Premium Subscription

Subscription fees are charged via the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the term; if you do not cancel, you will be charged.
To cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Rafım.
Refunds for unused periods follow Apple's policy.
Prices may vary by region and may be updated with prior notice.

4. Content

Your book data, notes, and other content belong to you. You agree not to add content that is unlawful, infringes copyright, or harasses third parties.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We cannot be held liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages. That said, we take backups seriously and do our best.

6. Termination

Your account may be suspended or deleted if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

7. Changes

These terms may change. Important updates will be communicated from within the app.
