Gizlilik Politikası

Rafım ("Uygulama") kullanıcı verilerini korumayı ciddiye alır. Bu politika hangi verilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve hangi hakların olduğunu açıklar.

1. Topladığımız Veriler

Hesap bilgileri

• E-posta adresi (Apple veya Google Sign In üzerinden)
• Görünen ad (opsiyonel)
• Kullanıcı kimliği (anonim UID)

Uygulama içi veriler

• Eklediğin kitaplar (başlık, yazar, ISBN, kapak, notlar, puan)
• Oluşturduğun raflar
• Okuma günlüğü ve istatistikler
• Ödünç verme kayıtları

Satın alma bilgileri

• Abonelik durumu (aktif/iptal)
• Satın alma geçmişi (App Store üzerinden, RevenueCat aracılığıyla)

Raf fotoğrafı (yalnızca AI ile tarama özelliğini kullanırsan)

• Çektiğin ya da galeriden seçtiğin raf fotoğrafı, kitap sırtlarındaki isimleri okumak için Google'ın Gemini yapay zekâ servisine gönderilir.
• Fotoğraf sunucularımızda saklanmaz; tanıma işlemi bitince yalnızca çıkan kitap adları kalır.
• Bu özellik tamamen isteğe bağlıdır. Kullanmazsan hiçbir fotoğrafın işlenmez.
• Fotoğraf kütüphanenin tamamına erişmiyoruz — yalnızca senin seçtiğin tek kare.

Topluluk istatistikleri (yalnızca açık rıza verirsen)

• Uygulamadaki "Rafım'da Popüler" listesi, katılmayı seçen kullanıcıların kitaplıkları sayılarak oluşturulur.
• Bu özellik varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Katılmayı seçmediğin sürece kitaplığın hiçbir istatistiğe girmez.
• Katılırsan sayıma giren bilgi yalnızca kitap adı, yazar ve ISBN'dir. Kim olduğun, notların, puanların ve okuma durumun sayıma girmez; liste kimin hangi kitabı eklediğini göstermez.
• Yayınlanan listede yalnızca en az 5 farklı kişinin rafında bulunan kitaplar yer alır. Daha az kişide olan kitaplar hiç yayınlanmaz.
• Kimin ne eklediğine dair ayrı bir kayıt tutulmaz: sayım her seferinde yeniden yapılır ve yalnızca toplam sayılar saklanır.
• Katılımı Profil > Topluluk istatistikleri'nden istediğin an kapatabilirsin. Kapattığında kitapların bir sonraki sayımda listeden düşer.

Toplamadığımız veriler: Konum, kişi listesi, tarama geçmişi veya reklam izleme kimliği. Fotoğraf kütüphanene erişmiyoruz; yalnızca AI tarama için kendi seçtiğin fotoğraf işlenir.

2. Verilerin Nasıl Kullanıldığı

• Uygulamanın temel işlevlerini sağlamak (kitaplık, senkron, istatistik)
• Abonelik durumunu doğrulamak
• Hesap güvenliği ve kimlik doğrulama
• Temel hata ayıklama (anonim)

Verilerini satmıyor, reklam için kullanmıyor veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyoruz. Tek istisna, aşağıda listelenen ve uygulamanın çalışması için gereken hizmet sağlayıcılardır (ör. AI tarama kullanırsan raf fotoğrafının Google Gemini'ye gönderilmesi).

3. Hizmet Sağlayıcılar

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore): veri depolama ve senkron
• Google Gemini: raf fotoğrafındaki kitap sırtlarını okumak (yalnızca AI tarama özelliğini kullanırsan)
• Apple Sign In: hesap oluşturma ve giriş
• RevenueCat: abonelik yönetimi
• Google Books API: ISBN sorgulama (sadece ISBN gönderilir, kullanıcı verisi değil)

4. Veri Saklama

Veriler Google Firebase sunucularında (Avrupa bölgesi) şifreli olarak saklanır. Hesabını sildiğinde tüm verilerin kalıcı olarak kaldırılır.

5. Hakların

• Erişim: Verilerinin bir kopyasını isteyebilirsin.
• Silme: Uygulama içinden Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil ile tüm veriler silinir.
• Düzeltme: Tüm veriler uygulama içinden düzenlenebilir.
• Taşınabilirlik: Talep üzerine JSON export sağlanabilir.

6. Çocuklar

Uygulama 4 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. 13 yaş altından bilerek veri toplamayız.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve uygulama içinden bildirilir.

Privacy Policy

Rafım ("the App") takes user privacy seriously. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and what rights you have.

1. Data We Collect

Account information

• Email address (via Apple or Google Sign In)
• Display name (optional)
• User identifier (anonymous UID)

In-app data

• Books you add (title, author, ISBN, cover, notes, ratings)
• Shelves you create
• Reading log and statistics
• Lending records

Purchase information

• Subscription status (active/canceled)
• Purchase history (via App Store, through RevenueCat)

Shelf photo (only if you use the AI scan feature)

• The shelf photo you take or pick is sent to Google's Gemini AI service to read the titles on the book spines.
• The photo is not stored on our servers; once recognition finishes, only the detected book titles remain.
• This feature is entirely optional. If you don't use it, none of your photos are processed.
• We do not access your whole photo library — only the single image you choose.

Community statistics (only if you explicitly opt in)

• The in-app "Popular on Rafım" list is built by counting the libraries of users who choose to take part.
• This feature is off by default. Unless you opt in, your library is not included in any statistic.
• If you opt in, the only information counted is the book title, author and ISBN. Who you are, your notes, ratings and reading status are never counted, and the list never shows who added which book.
• The published list only contains books held by at least 5 different people. Books below that threshold are never published.
• No per-person record of who added what is kept: the count is recomputed from scratch each time and only the totals are stored.
• You can opt out any time under Profile > Community stats. Your books drop out of the list at the next count.

Data we do not collect: Location, contacts, browsing history, or advertising tracking identifiers. We do not access your photo library; only the photo you pick for AI scanning is processed.

2. How Data Is Used

• To provide the app's core features (library, sync, statistics)
• To verify subscription status
• Account security and authentication
• Basic debugging (anonymous)

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties. The only exception is the service providers listed below that are required for the app to work (e.g. sending your shelf photo to Google Gemini if you use AI scanning).

3. Service Providers

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore): data storage and sync
• Google Gemini: reading book spines in your shelf photo (only if you use the AI scan feature)
• Apple Sign In: account creation and login
• RevenueCat: subscription management
• Google Books API: ISBN lookup (only ISBN is sent, no user data)

4. Data Storage

Data is stored encrypted on Google Firebase servers (European region). When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed.

5. Your Rights

• Access: You can request a copy of your data.
• Deletion: From the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account removes all data.
• Correction: All data is editable from within the app.
• Portability: JSON export available on request.

6. Children

The app is intended for users aged 4 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, this page will be updated and you will be notified from within the app.
